Is AlQass free?
Yes, playing is completely free. Optional purchases are cosmetic or for convenience and never give an advantage in winning.
Is there betting or real money?
No. There are no betting tables and no loot boxes, and coins can't be cashed out or converted to money.
I bought coins but didn't receive them.
Restart the app first. If they still don't appear, email us with your Player ID and the Google Play or Apple order number. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from.
How do I report an abusive player?
In a game, tap the player's picture, then "Report". You can block them from the same menu.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on the Delete account page.
